Each partner operates their own shop and fulfillment process - which means that returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled directly by the brand that produced and shipped your order.
Brand-Managed Returns
Because every brand in our collective manages its own inventory and customer service, TopDeck.gg does not process returns or refunds directly.
Instead, customers must work with the brand from which their product originated to request a return, exchange, or refund.
